Up until a few days ago I was getting text, calendar and call notifications. I still get calendar and calls but text notifications have stopped.
i have tried everything. Removed the app and reinstalled, reset my Fitbit, turn off Bluetooth then back on again. All my app and phone settings are correct and I’m getting really frustrated . What else can I try? As I said, everything was working fine days ago and I have not changed anything to make this stop working. Please help.

Hi @Thatch915, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not getting text notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
