my text notifications will not show up on my Versa. All my other notifications show up, I have repaired the watch, I have watched tons of tutorials, nothing is working

My Versa has not shown text messages, and my alarms and notifications don’t work. These are the very reasons I bought a Versa. I have been waiting for a fix for about 8 months but I see no remedy in sight. I keep getting the same “we are aware of this and we are working for a solution” statement every time. Poor customer service. I am very honest when people ask me how I like my Fitbit.
