All of a sudden I am not getting any text messages on my Versa 2. I have an iPhone 8. I have turned off and on, Bluetooth off and on, notifications all ok. Went to chat and they couldn’t help me. Now what? Frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear about the text notifications issue that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some instructions a day later after your first contact. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
