So I've disconnected my bluetooth from every device possible, and when I turn it back on, it syncs to my phone fine so I know its connected. I've checked all of the settings everyone suggests and everything is correct. When I hold and press the top left button a small drop down thing drops down that shows a music note and then 2 sliding buttons. One is slid to the right and the other is slid to the left. Then when I try to slide the left button, it doesn't do anything. Can anyone help? I hhave a Samsung galaxy s10 5g if anyone needs to know. Thanks in advance!
