I am having trouble erasing text messages off of my Versa. Even though I am hitting the clear button it is not working. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried giving the device a restart by pressing and holding the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo)?
