Text notifications are not coming through my Versa 2

I tried forgetting the watch and repairing it and syncing it and it didn’t work. I tried turning off notifications and turning them back on. I tried going to settings and making sure all of the settings were as they should be, they were on the correct settings. I get notifications from Gmail, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, and Phone Calls, but not text messages.

Hi there, @Rae26. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

While reading your post I was wondering if the text messages your Versa 4 is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please confirm that you've followed all steps provided here Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.

I tried that and unfortunately it didn’t work, and I looked at the troubleshooting tricks and tried them again and they didn’t work.
