Hi All,
I have had my Versa for sometime now and with that had a Samsung phone. Everything worked great until my phone died and decided to switch to iPhone (14). I've tried countless times and emailed support and chatted and they all said to do the same thing. I've done it all and my messages still will not sync with my versa. All the steps that they wanted me to do I've done, and done and done again and again. Most everything else seems to work, calendar, phone calls, reminders, etc. I know its a small thing to complain but its frustrating and I don't really want to go to apple watch as its kinda expensive. Do not disturb is off and has been, bluetooth is one and done those steps. Is there anythng I might be missing or not doing? Help!!!!!

Since you're an iOS user, I was wondering if the text messages that your Versa is not receiving are iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages. However, the way I fixed it was by trying to toggle the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". All good with my text messages now.

Thank you for response as I've tried that 3 times and still nothing. I did notice that in the fit bit app under app notifications it lists what I have turned on email, tips, reminders etc, and iMessages aren't even listed. I'm guessing this could be the or a reason why? How do I fix it if I can.
