I've been researching and honestly exhausting myself with trying to get my text notifications to send to the watch. Everything else is literally working and anytime I go online and look for answers it just keeps saying to make sure all your permissions are turned on. I've literally restarted both the watch and my phone multiple times, I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything, updated everything. I've literally tried everything. I just want to know if this is a "Fitbit" issue with the company and other people are experiencing this and they are working on getting this fixed. Or if I should try to return it and exchange it for a new one. I got it on Christmas and the texts were working just fine for a week or so. What gives?? I've never had a Fitbit but if this keeps continuing i probably won't be keeping it.

Same problem here, I got the Versa lite 2 weeks before Christmas. I have a Samsung s10. Everything worked fine till last a week ago then my message notifications stopped going to the watch. I've checked all the settings anf can't find the problem. My husband has one too and his works with his s10. So frustrating nothing has changed on my phone.

I got mine about 2 weeks before Christmas too. It just stopped getting any notifications. I am wondering what the return policy is on them. I chatted with Fitbit support and they said they are aware of the problem. How can they keep selling a defective product?

Your message you wrote sounds like what i would write. Ive been exhausting myself literally going freaking nuts. I still am having the same issues. Im ready to return mine to.

So still can't get notifications, restarted both phone and watch and Uninstalled app again, redid the whole setup again.... But some how I got a friend request notification. So why can't I get text notifications?

I have a Samsung S10 and have the same issue. No texts, but everything else works. Has anyone found a resolution yet? Thanks!

My phone still doesn't recieve text . Messages.i wish it did not no luck yet.once I did the update I lost text .hopefully they figure it out soon!!!

Today for the first time since before the New Year, 2 texts came through to my Fitbit and then no more after that.

So glad you highlighted this .. bought my wife a new one and I’m using the old one .. thought I was going bonkers
