Text/phone notifications and weather app no longer working

Received my versa 2 weeks ago. Set it up fine. All notifications were working. Receiving text messages/missed calls with no problem. Weather app was working fine. 

 

Fast forward to now, no setting have been changed on my phone or watch and none of these things are working. I'm extremely disappointed in this fitbit. 

 

Please don't tell me to unpair, repair, turn off/on bluetooth, connect/disconnect from wifi. I've done it all. Is this a fitbit problem?

It might be.  Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I'm having the same exact problem. I chatted with support and did everything she told me to do and still no notifications. We unpaired it, replaced it on the app, re-paired it, etc.  Nothing worked.  She is escalating my issue.  But I am very disappointed.  I wanted this because of the notifications and the ability to put music on it and listen when I work out.  I can listen to the music but while my headset is connected to the versa listening to music, it doesn't switch over to let me answer a phone call.  It's all very frustrating and if the escalation doesn't work I may give it back.
