I have my notifications set to “on” for my calls and texts; I’m receiving notifications for calls but not text messages. I’ve shutdown my watch and also resynced multiple times. Can anyone suggest any other options or do I need to take my watch back to the store for a refund?

Hi @TravelerFranco What phone are you using? There are a few notification issues at the moment due to the phones recent updates.

Yes there is an iOS problem at the moment following updating to13.3. Have a read of THIS thread. It has more details and also what to do about it. I hope it helps you.

Hi @LoriDS There is also a problem affecting some Androids updated to Android 10. The S10 seems to be affected more than some other phones (just my observation). HERE is the thread for you to read and keep an eye on for updates.
