When a text comes through the previous text disappears. My Versa won't keep the conversation until I clear it.

@TheShell does the same happen when you press the top right button? Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears? One more question, when you see only one text message on Versa, what can you see in the Notification Bar on your phone? I mean can you see only this message or all others as well? Versa will display only what it can "see" in the Notification Center.

@TheShell This seems to be related to settings of Message+. You need to make sure that in the Notification Centre (when you swipe down on your phone), you are able to see all text messages. If you see only the last one, that's what will be shown on Versa. It doesn't matter that you can see all of them in Message+. Dig in the Message+ settings for any setting that would disable grouping of notifications.

@TheShell Different Fitbit OS and the way notifications are managed. I never asked you which phone you have. Btw, does the same thing happen for other apps? E.g. whatsapp if you use it? This is either related to Message+ or the way your phone's Notification Centre displays notifications.

@TheShell That would confirm that it's the settings for Message+. The only thing I can advise is digging in Message+ Settings and Android Settings>Notifications>Message+. If I get my hands on Samsung device, I can take a look at it.

@TheShell Like disappearing from Versa completely? Even if you press and hold the top right button to display all notifications? I think it's important to make sure that IF that texts disappear entirely from Versa, they disappear also from your phone's Notification Centre/Status Bar. If they're still present in the Bar then this is weird.

@TheShell At this point, I would try performing a factory reset (restoring the tracker to factory defaults). I see no reason why Versa would behave this way. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!
