Hi @LedMatrix I think there are a lot of us that have been waiting to the integration of Pebble and are excited to get our hands on a Versa.

Hello @LedMatrix, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's also nice to see you @MarciM!
First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay of my reply. @LedMatrix, I agree we're all excited about having a smartwatch that integrates many of the features and design of the Pebble! Even if the Versa is priced a bit over the $150 you expected to pay for it, you're welcome to pre-order it now if you're still excited and interested in it. Many people who have preordered are starting to receive their Versa now!
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply!

I appreciate the thought, but I don't let my excitement get the better of me. I don't mind waiting. You can usually get these types of things for 25%-30% off retail a couple of months after release through other vendors/avenues.
By the time I get it maybe the first patch will have been released.
Drop it to $150 and I'd be happy to preorder now.

I am a loyal Pebble user from the original Pebble to the Pebble Time Round 14mm (I loved the smaller size - I have small wrists) to the Pebble 2. When I saw the Versa launch I thought of Pebble and ordered one. I haven't received it yet.

Hi @LedMatrix,
Just make sure whichever "vendors/avenues" you use are authorized sellers for Fitbit, to ensure proper warranty service. Too often we see someone purchase one on ebay or other marketplace, only to find later that the warranty isn't valid. It's sad when that happens.
"This Limited Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel and manufactured by or for Fitbit that can be identified by an authorized “Fitbit” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it."

How is Versa any more "Pebble-backed technology" than the Ionic? Exact same watch, except no built-in GPS, no Fitbit Pay (in the base models), and a different looking watch, but all of the same bugs.

@WavyDavey- Yup. That's the way I do it. Got $50 off my Blaze the same way.
I seldom pay full price for technology anymore.
