The 7 stats on Fitbit Today won't show on my Versa 2

Somehow my fitbit versa 2 reset today. I had to go through the entire process of setting up the device. Once it was set up, the today screen only will show 3 items. It only shows steps, active hours, and heart rate now. I tap the settings button and I have no other choices to add sleep or menstrual health back onto it. This is beyond frustrating. I already lost data from half of my day and my stats are ruined due to the reset. If anyone can help me get these items back onto my today screen, I would be so very grateful. Thanks!

Hi there, @AbbieATC. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how frustrating this can be.

Since you just have set up your Versa 2 after the factory reset you performed, the stats you're missing on it will be there after your watch captures data, as it hasn't anything to show yet.

However, you can see if the widgets appear already on your watch. To add a new widget:

  1. From the clock face, swipe up to the bottom of the widgets, and tap Manage.
  2. Under More Widgets, tap the icon next to the widget you want to add.
  3. Swipe up to the bottom of the page, and tap Done.

For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? In the Check Widgets section.

As for the factory reset you performed, please note note that when doing this process you’ll need to reinstall any apps and music on your device after the reset. Any data you haven't synced at the moment of performing this step, the data on the Fitbit device will be lost.

I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.
