Hi there, @Thaliaberridge1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your new Versa 2.

Since you just have setup your Versa 2, the stats you're missing on it will be there after your watch captures data, as it hasn't anything to show yet.

However, you can see if the widgets appear already on your watch. To add a new widget:

  1. From the clock face, swipe up to the bottom of the widgets, and tap Manage.
  2. Under More Widgets, tap the icon next to the widget you want to add.
  3. Swipe up to the bottom of the page, and tap Done.

For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? In the Check Widgets section.

Hope that helps.

I can’t do anything with my watch though. The entire touch screen isn’t working. I can see the time and the initial clock face but I can’t swipe across to get any widget or setting, see notifications nothing. The screen face is totally unresponsive

Update: And apart from the fact that I can’t access anything the charge on it lasted 2 days before it was 100% flat
