The 7 stats on Fitbit Today won't show on my Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received my Versa 2 as a gift. Supposed to be an upgrade from my Charge 3. Well not good so far. The Versa 2 has never tracked my sleep. I did a factory reset as recommended. Now the Fitbit today only has   3 options where previously it offered up to 7 options. How do I get this corrected? May have to go back to my Charge temporarily or move onto another brand all together if this persists.

Hi there, @Lauriette. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since you just have setup your Versa 2 after the factory reset you performed, the stats you're missing on it will be there after your watch captures data, as it hasn't anything to show yet.

However, you can see if the widgets appear already on your watch. To add a new widget:

  1. From the clock face, swipe up to the bottom of the widgets, and tap Manage.
  2. Under More Widgets, tap the icon next to the widget you want to add.
  3. Swipe up to the bottom of the page, and tap Done.

For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? In the Check Widgets section.

As for the sleep data, it seems that the heart rate on your Versa 2 has been turned off, this would explain why you're no longer receiving sleep data. With that being said, please try the following:

  • Switch the Heart Rate settings from Off to On and manually sync your Versa 2. To switch the heart rate settings on your watch, open the Settings app Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.
  • Once it's done, manually sync your Versa 2. To do so, open the Fitbit app, tap on the Account icon, tap on your Versa 2's image and tap on "Sync Now"
  • Once it's done, restart your Versa 2. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • Next, confirm that your tracker is snug on your wrist (the lights shouldn't be visible) We also recommend when you're not exercising, wear the tracker just above the wrist bone.

For more information about sleep stages, see Why don't I see sleep stages today?

Hope that helps.

The stats returned as you stated they would. However, the heart rate and the sleep info have not. When I went to settings it was already set to ON. I manually turned the heat rate setting off and turned it back on. Still nothing. Additionally, the steps per hour shows on the watch, it does not show the sph on the dashboard.
