I just bought my new Versa 2 and it only has 3 stats under settings when there should be 7. Can you please help me with this issue?

Hi there @MrTafoy, welcome on board.

@JohnnyRow is right. Since you just have setup your Versa 3 after the factory reset you performed, the stats you're missing on it will be there after your watch captures data, as it hasn't anything to show yet.

However, you can see if the widgets appear already on your watch. To add a new widget:

  1. From the clock face, swipe up to the bottom of the widgets, and tap Manage.
  2. Under More Widgets, tap the icon next to the widget you want to add.
  3. Swipe up to the bottom of the page, and tap Done.

Be patient for a few days.  You will soon be getting a firmware update adding the other features.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
