The BPM stopped working on my Versa 2

The BPM on my Versa 2 has stopped working. 

The watch is tight enough on my wrist. I have turned the BPM setting off and on again. I have turned my watch off and on agreset my watch. I cannot get the BPM sensor to flash green.
