The Exercise app on my Versa 3 won't respond

I’ve seen a bunch of posts in the past about the exercise app on the Fitbits not working. I tried to restart it and I still cannot click on any exercises to log anything which is a new problem as of tonight on my versa 3. Really annoying. Not sure how to fix it. Thoughts?

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Rockeri21  -  try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart it and charge it.

You may have to do it a few times for it to fix it.

If it doesn't fix it and it's still under warranty [because there is a risk the watch may get destroyed] you can try a factory reset from the Settings menu.

I have the same issue with the V3 exercise app not responding. Changed the clock face but it didn’t work and tried to initiate a chat session on the site but keep getting rerouted. This is my absolute last Fitbit purchase.

This just started happening to me. It's so frustrating to pay so much for something that has so many issues. I'm doing a factory reset now because restarting it and changing the clock face did nothing.
