I have a fitbit versa 3 and I can't access my exercise or setting app on it. When I swipe to the left to the exercise app, It will not open. The same thing happens when I go to settings. I am unable to access. My screen becomes distorted and unreadable when I try to go back to the main screen. I've had this fitbit for about 1 year. I've tried all of the various ways to restart the phone but nothing works. Please advise.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have restarted my Versa 3 and changed the clock face to no avail.

Any other suggestions?
