I know others have posted about this, but dang... I spent $300 on this watch,  for the face to just fall off, after 2.2 years?   Of course it is off warranty.  I am SUPER disappointed in Fitbit.  They offered me a discount on a new one... but not enough of one , IMO.  Shady dealings, if you ask me, especially since this appears to be a known issue.  VERY DISAPPOINTED

Same thing happened to me  = a obvious defect in fitting and gluing !!!

This happened to me twice! The first time, I offered a discount as well so I bought another one but not this time! I will not spend more money with fit bit for them not to fix something that’s obviously defected! I’m going to go ahead and switch to apple
