Hi,

 

Sometimes after a walking session, I get the results (time per km) several times. See the screen capture for example. In this specific case, I got the results 5 times!The km 1, 2, etc appear several timesThe km 1, 2, etc appear several times

I'm sorry to hear that your activities are getting duplicated. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Restart your Fitbit Versa Lite and reboot your cellphone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

If you continue experiencing the same problem, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
