The Issues of Reminders

Hey, I was testing out the feature to remind people to do something, but when i sent a reminder to go on a jog at 1pm, it said 11PM.

Does anyone know why?

Is it in a different timezone? OR Is it broken? What do i need to say properly?

I need a solution right away please.

Hi, is you clock set to 12 or 24 hours format? If it's on 12 hours format, change it to 24 hours. Regards kuzibri

Hello @Bil123 and a warm welcome.  I don't think a 12hr/24hr clock makes a difference.  I use a 24hr clock.  I tried to reproduce your issue, so I set a reminder and specifically said to remind me to go on a jog at 3PM.  My reminder page said, "Go on a jog at 1500", the correct time.  When you set up your Alexa, did you ask it use your location?  Is there any other setting discrepancy between you and your phone and your Fitbit?  Can you reproduce this same error?

For clarification for other users reading this, 1PM is 1300, 11PM is 2300.  I don't think it is something you said.  This is an intriguing problem.
