The Km is not work

@LeoBueno Is the distance wrong only for biking or when you use Walking exercise as well? What is weird is that from Bela Vista to Vila Olipmpia is around 9 km and your map shows a proper route but 0.9km...

I'm having a similar problem. Fitbit registered 7,54 km while Google Fit registered 10,22 km for the same activity (which is correct).

Yep, few threads on this now, something is not right with GPS connected distances ( under measuring)  since a recent update (for about a week now for me and others)

I've had a good 8 months previous of excellent  and consistent performance and measurement., so something has clearly changed.

@gregorioaf then it's fitbit mobile app. what's your phone model and OS? And just to confirm, you get wrong distance only for biking? walking, running is ok?

I've got a Samsung Galaxy S9+. I've used my watch only to run.

@gregorioaf Thanks. Honestly, it starts looking to me like a bug. Since the GPS works and the traced route looks fine as well. I will try asking around but I think this will have to get addressed with the update. ;/

I think this is happening since the last update, the GPS data is accurate but the distance reported by my Versa Lite is way below the actual distance, I usually run around 5.1KM and i get reports from 4KM to 4.6KM.

When I import the data to Strava I have an option to correct the reported distance using GPS data in there and I get an accurate value.

I'm using a Huawei P10 lite phone for GPS and Sync.
