The Oxygen saturation section of Health Metrics is showing prompt to download the clock face but clock face is already installed on the watch and is gathering data.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

As a first approach, please try restarting your Versa smartwatches by following these steps. Then, log out from the Fitbit app and log back in.
If the issue persists, may I know the name of the SpO2 clock face that you guys are using? For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

I've tried all of that as well as removing the watch from the app and pairing it again but it still hasn't worked. The watch face is the official Fitbit spo2 watch face.
