So I originally bought a fitbit in 2018 only to have to it replaced in 2019. Fast forward to just being out of the 2 year warranty and a replacement strap later...the pin has broken and I cannot detach the strap. So now the strap is broken and my fitbit is not fit for purpose. I've been in touch with Customer service and all I get is offered a 35% off a new bit of useless junk
