I messaged yesterday bcuz weather app says installed but It does not show up on FitBit.  I feel like I checked everything & still won’t install...

Your Fitbit Versa 2 comes preloaded with a variety of apps including Alarms, Weather, and Exercise. From the clock screen, swipe left to see the apps currently installed. You can find instructions on how to navigate your watch here.

 

I would recommend restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions.
