I cannot get it to stop spinning, when I click update my profile when logging to the app for the first time, it will spin and spin and spin until I think I will go crazy, and it will not let me sign in with google, it just says "an error has occurred please try again." And yes I have deleted and reinstalled the app, three times actually. Again this is the app on my Mac.

I will gladly assist you with this, sorry for the late reply and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. When you mentioned you can't log in with Google do you mean your Gmail address or using Google + (the now defunct Google social network)? Have you tried using a different computer just to see if you can log there? Or maybe use a phone to log and sync with it?
