Hi All,
Any ideas my back button (button on the left of the device) on my Versa no longer works. I have tried resetting the device and its fully charged but still no luck.
Theres no physical damage to the device and the button still clicks when pressed in as supposed to.

@Joban welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the left button is not working. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust that may be affecting the functionality of the button. After this, press the button a few minutes and see if the issue gets fixed.
