The back button of my Versa 2 has stopped working

On my versa 2 the back button has stopped working. Any suggestions?

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Tried this but the back button which is used to restart the watch doesn't
work at all.
