The back button on my Versa 2 is not working

The back button on my Versa 2 is not working so I cannot switch it on..

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Jacrose and welcome to the forum. How long have you had this device? I’m wondering it it is still under warranty. Normally, I would suggest restarting your Versa 2, but this may not work since your button is not working. You may want to try it anyway. Instructions are here. If this does not help, please contact Support

Thank you for your reply. I did try restarting it but I now have to switch
it on with the back button and it is not working at all.
I bought it about 9 or 10 months ago, so quite disappointed that it has
suddenly stopped working.
I will try and contact support.
