The back button on my Versa 2 is not working so I cannot switch it on..
Can anyone help please?

Hi @Jacrose and welcome to the forum. How long have you had this device? I’m wondering it it is still under warranty. Normally, I would suggest restarting your Versa 2, but this may not work since your button is not working. You may want to try it anyway. Instructions are here. If this does not help, please contact Support.
