Hi there, @25asil. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa 2 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

This has happened to me as well. Customer support as usual is sticking their heads in the sand and refusing to recognize the issue.
I was able to update the power level display on the app by closing it and reopening. It forces a sync that will actually update the power level display. I suspect this issue will hang around until the next app/watch update.

This is wrong. The watch will sync to the app in every respect but the power level. In order to update the power level one has to close the app and reopen it.
