The button on my Versa 2 isn't working

Is there a way to hard reset a versa 2 if the button doesn't work? I was given a versa 2 and the bottom doesn't work it was my Gf we got it replaced already so I'm trying to get this one working for me any help would be great thanks

Hi there, @Krussell3437. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for trying to troubleshoot your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps

Yes I've done all that. I did finally get it reset. But the button still doesn't work so it makes setting it up after reset not possible. Having the button the main part of the watch with no other way to confirm things for set up is a bad design flaw.
