Hello, suddenly my versa 3 powder button is not working.  What do I do?

Hello there, @6ZHRKS. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Before considering other options, please confirm that you've tried placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't work, please try restarting your Versa 3 as instructed here.
