The button on my Versa isn't working

My single button won't work and my fitbit has updated.  It won't let me go anywhere, all I see is Shortcut etc etc etc. Not time or anything. I'm about to throw it I the bin.

Hi there, @jane196321. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa. I understand how you must be feeling. 

 

Please try to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air, just hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button. Then, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps

Same thing here.  It seems the "shortcut" statement is jamming the restart process.  I wonder if it has anything to do with Windows 11.

Button on the side of versa 2 , does nothing to remove the "shortcut statement".
