The clock face page is too slow-Versa

The clock face page in the fitbit app is extremely slow. I had the ionic before and now have the versa. I noticed not all clock faces available for the Ionic are available for the Versa. I don't think screen size could be an issue. Is it because it's a third party developer that created certain watch faces for the Ionic and not for the Versa?

Hi @Roehit,

The Ionic has been out much longer than the Versa (only a few days old), so the Ionic has many more clock faces available. The Ionic and Versa share the same Fitbit OS. However, the screen size is slightly different, and apps and clock faces for the Ionic would have to be tweaked to run on the Versa. This process will take some time, at the discretion of the developers.

I sort of figured that would be the case but what about the app being extremely slow. Since I'm a developer myself I know its probably a web-app and not a native app which makes requests every single time wasting more time fetching data than it has to.
Is that the case? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Is it gonna be fixed any time soon..? because it is genuinely frustrating!
