The data on my Versa 2 doesn't match my Fitbit app

In all areas, like steps, calories burned, etc., number are coming up but they are no way near accurate. My Versa 2 is working fine, but the numbers do not match my iPhone at all.

Did this start after an iOS update? Which iOS version & iPhone are you using?

Yes, it is. I’m noticing that it keeping “spinning” on “loading” like something is pending.

@Ahepler What version of iOS are you running & which model iPhone? Some users on iOS 17 are having probs w/apps as well users who did not update to iOS 16.7.1. It sounds more like an iPhone issue than a Fitbit prob.
