The exercise app on my Versa 3 won't load

When i try to press my exercise button on the watch screen it wont work and shuts down. 

i tried to check for updates but nothing appeared

Hi @Muduz - first try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If this doesn't fix it you will need to do a factory reset. Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
