The exercise app on my Versa 3 won't load

When I click on exercise on my Versa 3, it goes to a new screen that says exercise, then it just goes back to the previous screen.  None of the exercises come up anymore.

To better understand the issue, may I confirm if the Exercise app on your Versa 3 is crashing? If so, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

It doesn't work. Mine doesn't do anything either. Pointless.

I have done both of these things several times. When I click on exercise
on my watch, it just goes back to my clock.
