The face fell off of my Versa while swimming.

I had been swimming with my Versa once before without an issue but this time, the face fell off and it no longer works. I dried it out and tried to charge it but still nothing at all.

I would contact customer support. They can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
