The face of my versa 2 device detached from the rest of the Fitbit. I’ve had this device for 7 months. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've seen a number of posts where this has happened to people's Versa but I don't recall seeing posts about the Versa 2.

 

Assuming it's the same problem then it doesn't seem to be repairable. I would contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
