Please assist me in what I can do.

the face has pulled away from the watch.

not sure what would cause this - I have never used the watch in water even....

Hi @Bolinka , if you mean that your display came loose from the watch, the only thing you can do is call Customer Support. Hope it's still under warranty, regards kuzibri
