Go into a very dark room and check the brightness on the device. Mine did this too.

So how do I up the brightness of my screen?  Mine just today faded to almost nonexistent

@Idena On your Fitbit device go to settings> brightness> check if display is set to DIM. Tap to change (Dim, Normal, Max).
