‘The file is corrupt’ message when trying to play music

Having a nightmare getting my playlist on to my Versa. I can get it over to my Versa but then when you click on a song it says ‘the file is corrupt’ and no music on the Versa!! Any help much needed 😡

This doesn’t help at all, I’ve done this a million times & followed the instructions (even my husband tryed it) and still no music will play from my Versa! I’m starting to get very disappointed & frustrated with my purchase! This is my 3rd Fitbit devise and all I’ve had is trouble 😡😡😡 Id like some other help where it gets music on to my Versa & I don’t have to keep going round in circles 😡😡😡
