Hi,
my heart rate is not working and lights on the back are not turning on. This issue has been on since September 25th.
I’ve tried all suggestions mentioned in other topics, like tuning on and off the heart rate in settings while syncing every turn. Tried restarting various times and nothing is working.
my watch is only two years old 😞 How can I solve this?

What was the fix? My Versa 2 has had the same issues for the past week or so. I have tried turning on and off the heart rate data, restarting the Versa, deleting data, deleting and reinstalling the app- nothing has fixed the issue.
