The heart rate monitor on my Versa stopped working

Hi all,

I've seen that the HR function has failed for many others as well, which is a huge bummer. I have tried letting my watch die, charging it. Restarting it. Turning the HR function off, syncing the app; turning the HR function on & syncing the app on my Android. I even tried deleting the app and doing a factory reset. No luck what so ever. I think the little green lights are gone forever 😞

I am extremely bummed about this because I take really good care of my watch and I have not even had it for a year. (I bought it September 2020). These issues started about 3 weeks ago. I loved the sleep monitor function of the watch and that is no longer available. Are there any last options?

It probably coincided with the firmware update, as it has done to others.

As your watch is under warranty get it replaced with a new one where you bought it.

Or you can contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you but it may be a refurbished one..
