No map after cycling? Done it once but not since. Could my Bluetooth headset be a problem?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Df60. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I regret to hear that you are not getting your maps after cycling. if your phone is managing multiple Bluetooth connections simultaneously the synchronization might get interrupted. Turning on Always Connected improves your Bluetooth connection but also drains your Fitbit Versa's battery more quickly. 

 

Please make sure that your cellphone is part of the list of supported devices. If it is not compatible, you might still be able to sync your information but we won't be able to guarantee that everything will work as intended. To resolve difficulties with GPS connection, please follow our instructions on this article.
