@Mwright53 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! We don't have any set timeframe for the following firmware release. When it is available we will post here to inform the Community and you will get a notification on your phone or computer's app. If you have any issues please let me know I will gladly try to help as much as I can. You can also keep an eye on this page for Fitbit OS firmware updates.

Let me know how it goes!

Then it is time to send it back. There are to many  issues  with the Versa. Very disappointing.

So when are we going to see the issue with the heart rate monitor reading too high get fixed?  I've had this watch for less than three weeks and things are going haywire already.  Heart rate is too high ALL the time...red light on back of watch is on ALL the time...what is going on?  I will be returning this thing if we don't get a fix SOON!

Agreed. Returning mine. Running 32.32.10.15, new versa. GPS linked to nexus 6 for gps. Cycled verry simple route, should see 5.4 miles. Fitbit app sho was accurate map, but mileage is wholly inaccurate. Showed 2.5 miles one direction, 4.?? The other. Useless as is, and no outlook for fix. I'll look at other brands. I haven't seen the tracking appear in strava, but with inaccurate data there is no point.

I agree. I am so tired of the inaccurate HR readings. I will be searching for a new brand.

It's now been almost FOUR Months since the last firmware release. Considering all the reported problems to date...that is unbelievable.

Support has stopped.

Only moderators with scripted replies are left to keep you stupid. Have you considered buying their Charge 3 allready? ... 😄

Has support seriously stopped for the Versa?

And why would I buy another Fitbit product if the one I bought is so inept at what it was supposed to do...such a waste of money.

It does look like they have abandoned this product. Too many flaws to fix?
