I’ve done everything you guys suggested to do and it still doesn’t work. I got this watch as a gift for Christmas and the notifications have stoped working months ago can anyone help.

I purchased my versa lite in June and it is doing the same thing. I have hard reset my phone and the versa lite, I have removed the bluetooth sync and reconnected; this will sometimes push the notifications to my versa HOWEVER it does not vibrate at all now. Both my note 8 and my versa lite are up to date on software as I checked that also. I literally bought this so I would know when I had notifications while I am at work and I am greatly disappointed for $160 and 2 months being operational!

I did the same and got the same results and as you that’s why I got the watch was for notification while at work and I only get half the message I’m not happy at all
