The pin of the wristband won't slide into place

Separately, the pin fits and the band fits.  But when I insert the pin into the band and try to attach it to my Versa, the top part of the pin sticks out and will not slide into place.  Any suggestions?  Totally frustrated and fingers sore from trying!!

Hey @SVV10, I hope you are doin' fine! Please make sure to follow these instructions to remove and re attach your Versa wristband:

  1. Turn Versa over and find the quick release lever—there’s one on each end where the band meets the frame.
  2. To release the band, push the quick-release lever inward.

   3. Gently pull the band away from the watch to release it.

    4. Repeat on the other side.

    5. To attach a wristband, slide the pin (the side opposite the quick-release lever) into the notch on the watch. The band with the clasp attaches to the top of the watch.

   6. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the band into place.

   7. When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick-release lever.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your feedback!  I came to determine that the band was defective.  I was able to attach and detach several different bands with no problem.

Thanks again!

You are more than welcome, and I appreciate you response @SVV10! If you haven't had this issue with different bands (let's say Versa bands) as you say, there might be an issues with yours. So, our Support team can help you out with this. So, do you want me to escalate your case directly with them?

Let me know!
