Hi there, @Skdeas. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Today tab before posting here. I'll do my best to help you with this.

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if the Today screen you're referring to is the one on your Versa 2 or the Fitbit app?

If you're referring to your Versa 2 itself, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

But if you're referring to the Fitbit app, please try the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app

Hope this helps.
